The IBM 3152 is a somewhat obscure IBM ASCII terminal, probably used with RS/6000 computers... Very little information can be found online, and what is listed as the IBM 3152 Color ASCII Display Station on the wikipedia page for the IBM 3101 does not seem to match with this device. However, I did receive Document Number GA27-3968-00, dated July 29, 1992, which indicates that it has both an "IBM 3151 Mode" and "VT320 Emulation".
The keyboard (1399654) looks very much like a standard classic IBM "Model M" extended keyboard as delivered with PC/AT and PS/2 systems, but without any indicators, and with a different plug.
