The Apple IIe was basically the reboot of the Apple II franchise (stealing Hollywood terminology :-). This machine is not nearly as rare as the original Apple II, since many were sold over a 10 year period, but compared to the original, this version was actually a lot more usable.
This machine was handed to me in truly excellent condition (having always been kept under fitted dust covers), along with the complete set of original Apple IIe documentation, the original Apple branded DOS 3.3 and ProDos master disks, and lots of addition books and software.
